I have used ICEFCU for a little over two years now and I will never use another bank/credit union again. They gave me an unbelievable interest rate when I bought my car (especially compared to my old credit union) and I've never had any issues whatsoever with fees or hidden costs. The customer service is exemplary. The ladies that work there are very nice and even went out of their way to contact me when I had forgotten to give them my brew number and my new card had come in and my ex went to the post office and had all my mail returned to sender! Without the ladies that work here, there's no telling
