Cakes by Ilse makes custom cakes for customers in the Seattle area / Pacific Northwest. We are proud to tell Cakes by Ilse has successfully passed the Washington State cottage food law inspection and is now an official cottage food kitchen Sept. At Cakes by Ilse we use different skills and techniques to make magical, beautiful cakes. We can make anything, from piped decorations and flowers, fondant sugar art to sugar / gum paste flowers.
