Stressless experience. This was my families second time renting a pontoon in Michigan, and can I say our first experience at another company was NOTHING like the care and customer service we have received at 1adventure. Communication is top notch, being able to call or text the number is so helpful. Friendly and helpful staff that really seem like they enjoy what they do, clean well kept pontoon, and they even give you a big speaker to take for the day. They really do care about this business and you can tell they take great pride in their service. We will 100% be renting here again and exclusively

We loved renting our pontoon boat!! The staff person who assisted us was super nice and informative. Told us about a really nice cove along the river. It was amazing!! Beyond our expectations!! Our 2 kids had a blast at our own private little sandy beach spot. We had the best 4 hours together as a family. We will definitely be going back.

These guys at 1 Adventure Co were awesome! They are incredibly accommodating, professional and informative. I had 7 in my group, 5 of which were teenagers, and we rented a pontoon for the week. They provided me the perfect boat and we had the best time tubing, fishing and sunset cruises. Alex provided an extremely high level of customer satisfaction and went above and beyond for us. In addition to fantastic boat they provided they directed me on places to go, when it was safe to go out to Lake Michigan, and how to navigate. I can't wait to rent again from 1 Adventure!

We had an amazing experience with 1 Adventure! Right as our rental was starting, it was pouring outside and they let us hang in their store front for the short time until the storm passed! They were super accommodating and extended our time since the weather had caused for a late start. Because others had canceled their reservations, they upgraded us for free! They were truly wonderful and super helpful! Highly recommend!

We rented a pontoon boat for 4 hours and had the best time. Mike helped to set everything up and went over all of the equipment, he even suggested a great place to drop anchor and have lunch. The boat was beautiful, and everything functioned properly. They made our day such a wonderful experience and we will definitely rent from them again.
