I ordered by phone; picked a floral design off their website. Beautiful floral arrangement arrived promptly the next morning. It was complemented by sweet smell of irises and rose!

I ordered the $80 peace Lilly for the floor and its clear that comparing what the picture on their website offers and what they sent, they may have sent the $40 peace Lilly. I hope this was an honest mistake and can be fixed if not the pictures on their website do not reflect what you pay for.
Edit: knocked down to 1 star, the manager was full of excuses and didnt offer me anything but to bring me the purple bow. She said it was due to COVID, the crops not growing right, inventory is low with bows, the pots are made out of China... the plant size on the website is for the pot and not the

I sent my partner flowers, they told me it was delivered at 345PM, they had not received them by 5:30PM. They did eventually get them at 7:30PM but I am upset because the element of surprise was ruined due to this mistake. They also did not put the purple bow on that I asked for and instead placed a pink one on there. My boo HATES pink and purple is her favorite color. I am disappointed with how it went and the plant was not cheap...so it was a bummer. The rep who took the order was very nice though and I appreciate him.

I highly recommend Creative Floral Designs! They are professional, compassionate and understanding. I ordered through an online florist whom I will not mention and they outsourced to Creative Floral Design. Creative created a beautiful arrangement for my Mother In Love. Not only did they deliver a beautiful arrangement, they delivered a banner at the last minute. The online place did not give them the correct info but Creative Designs sprung into action and gave us just what we wanted. We cannot thank you guys enough and we are forever grateful.

I ordered flowers for my Mothers birthday through FTD Flowers and I asked my mother on the day of her birthday if she had received them. She did but then she went on to tell me that they werent the freshest flowers. I had her look at the card to tell me where the flowers came from - Creative Floral Designs. She appreciated the gesture; but, knowing that I spent a lot of money, she said she wouldnt use this florist again. I felt bad and ended up having to say well its the thought that counts. I hated having to feel like she got a consolation prize. Not a great experience and definitely

DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS SHOP.. what I ordered online was totally different from what was delivered, flowers were half dead upon delivery.. The worst experience Ive ever had in my life ordering flowers for a special day. Very disappointed!!! Look elsewhere!!
