Ben was SO helpful when my motor died on my new machine! At first we thought it was just a fuse, so he gave me a new one, but when it was still blowing the fuse after plugging it into a surge protector he determined that the problem was the motor. He was staying late, and let me pick up the new motor after closing time to help me out! And THEN after I got the motor replaced and had small belt issue he still helped me troubleshoot the problem through texting after he'd left the shop! He helped me get my machine running again, and I was able to finish my project (even if it took all day). That is

Ben Jensen was very helpful and straight forward in helping us make a decision on buying a machine. He came to our home and did the set up and made it clear that if there were any problems to contact him and he would come and correct them. What a great guy

I found the service rendered very beneficial. They are always willing to go out of there way to help me out. If I have a question about a machine they will do there best to walk me through it over the phone, before they come out and make a service call. If you want a great experience and service Daines is the place for all your industrial embroidery and sewing needs.
