Inked Wear is owned and operated by husband and wife team Greg and Lori Chapman. Always driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Greg worked his way through college by repairing a thrifted sewing machine, teaching himself the art of upholstery, and starting his own business. After graduating with a degree in engineering he went from chairs and motorcycle seats to working for a semi conductor manufacturer.
There he was awarded over 25 patents and a part of his responsibilities was to stencil print adhesive onto silicon wafers. While working as an engineer he also airbrushed t-shirts for his kids' band. He combined the printing aspect of his engineering job and his creative passion for t-shirts and bought Inked Wear in 2007.
