If our clients find themselves mired in seemingly endless back and forth with the Internal Revenue Service, we step in and assess the situation by directly corresponding with IRS.

We advise for-profit and not-for-profit businesses on what their corporate entity should look like. We then register new businesses with the proper state authorities. We assist non-profit companies in gaining non-profit status with the Internal Revenue Service. We file the appropriate income tax returns.
