I recently took (Reiki l) and had my attunement. I had one session before my attunement and it helped with some back pain along with some emotional stress. I have used Reiki on my disabled daughter several times with her sleep and behavior patterns and have found it very effective. I appreciate Reiki and my Master for my attunement that has created peace and balance mind, body and soul! Love and Light my friends!!!
