We provide four complimentary follow-up visits during the initial 45-day trial period to ensure optimal device performance and patient satisfaction.
Hearing Tests
Our comprehensive hearing assessments use state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to measure hearing sensitivity across frequencies. Testing includes air and bone conduction measurements, word recognition testing, and middle ear function analysis. We provide evaluations for patients aged four and older, with special attention to individual communication challenges. Results are explained in detail with personalized recommendations for treatment or further evaluation when necessary.
Tinnitus Evaluation
We specialize in evaluating and managing tinnitus through specialized diagnostic protocols. Our approach combines detailed patient history, audiometric testing, and standardized questionnaires to assess symptom severity. Treatment options include sound therapy devices and hearing aid integration. We provide education about tinnitus mechanisms and coping strategies while referring complex cases to specialized medical centers for advanced treatment options.
Cerumen Management
Our professional cerumen management services use safe, effective techniques to remove earwax blockages. We employ curettes, suction devices, and video otoscopy to visualize the ear canal during procedures. We follow strict infection control protocols using disposable instruments or sterilized equipment. This essential service improves hearing aid performance and prevents complications from impacted earwax while maintaining ear health.
Assistive Listening Devices
We provide specialized assistive listening technology to enhance communication in challenging environments. I was nervous but the experience was great. Stephanie put me at ease immediately. I felt comfortable and assured she was listening and understanding my concerns. After my hearing exam was completed. She carefully explained in detail the results. I was able to ask questions and and discuss the follow up I needed to pursue. I felt she honestly was concerned about my well-being and was able to refer me to another doctor. Again it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this office to anyone have concerns about their hearing. It is a nice feeling to be cared about.
