Called requesting an appointment for my 8 year old daughter who has been suffering emotionally thru the pandemic. No one answers the phone. So I left a message. It has been two weeks and no one has retuned my call. After a week I sent an email thru the website. Still no response. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed. I have a hard time believing not one therapist in the group couldnt at least return my email. I realize that many people are in need during this time but seriously?????? First off, this building is awful. It is an old unmarked building with a tiny sign next to it. The inside is horribly outdated and dirty. The waiting room is the size of a shoe box and all the rooms surround it, so you can literally hear everyones conversation with their counselor if you arrive a bit early. My counselor and I never meshed unfortunately so after a couple months of seeing her, I stopped going. Not once did she reach out to follow up or check on me. I attempted to see someone else but after one communication she didnt reply to me. This establishment is unprofessional-

I went to Dr. Geoffary Putt for adult ADHD testing. He was awesome! Very personal, intelligent, and highly educated. He really took the time to make me understand everything we worked on. I would recommend him to anyone at any age.
