We are actively working to contract with additional insurance carriers/plans. Please call for up-to-date information regarding plans we accept. We offering a low-cost sliding fee scale patients not covered by insurance plans we currently accept. We accept many other plans as an out-of-network provider, usually with lower fees than in-network providers.

Dr. Reddy has 21 years of experience as an internist and specializes in the treatment of adult patients. Dr. "Yemi" as the team refers to her as comes to SMDC from Michigan, and brings with her the passion to improve the health and wellbeing of all patients. Dr. Vallone is a board certified foot and ankle surgeon and has 40 years of service in podiatric medicine and surgery.

Dr. Tanaka received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Cellular Biology from UC San Diego in 1985. He completed dental school (DDS) in 1990 at University of the Pacific in San Francisco. Dr. Tanaka has served the patients of the Sycuan Medical Dental Center since 2005 both as a general dentist and as Dental Director.
