My detailed reports are printed on-site and typically contain 15-40 pictures and will also include suggestions or recommendations for areas of concern often including maintenance.I typically spend about 45 minutes reviewing the report with you on-site making sure all of your questions are answered.

Report
Home or real estate buying and selling can be nerve racking. Let me relieve some of that by inspecting the systems in the home you're buying and selling. A Closer Look, LLC provides a professional, thorough, friendly inspection experience that is reasonably priced. It takes two and a half to three hours for a thorough visual inspection including on-site report creation, printing, emailing and reviewing the report with you in person.
