Josh has an extensive background in the trades and is a pleasure to be around. Prior to joining our team, Josh was in a leadership role in the maintenance department for a local airport, and has worked as a handyman, an auto mechanic, and in commercial HVAC.
Our Process

Contact us (email, call, text, carrier pigeon) and we'll get you on the schedule. We have evening and weekend inspection times available, and there's no extra charge for that convenience! Your home inspection will usually take 2-3 hours, depending on the size and condition of the home.
You're welcome to follow along as we inspect, but many of our clients prefer to arrive near the end of the inspection for a 30 minute to 1 hour "inspection review", which is an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have as we walk-through the house together reviewing anything we might have found.After the inspection & walk-through, you get to decide if we've earned your money or not.

If the client's participating Certified Professional Inspector misses anything in the inspection, InterNACHI will buy back the home. It's that simple. The guarantee excludes homes with material defects not present at the time of the inspection, or not required to be inspected per InterNACHI's Residential Standards of Practice.

Our Certified Radon Measurement Specialists use cutting edge Continuous Radon Monitor technology (CRM) to test the home you're buying, and we email the report before leaving the home (after the 48 hr test)! Why wait longer to see results! Our Radon Monitors take readings every hour for 48 hours, and those readings are averaged to determine the test average.
