I, Erman Marin Jr. Went into Ciocca Ford last week to look at a Ford F150, Jacob DeLand took such good care of me....very nice young man and very knowledgeable on all topics related to decision making and such. Even came in on his day off to close the deal!! No rush and took lots of extra time with all of our concerns and needs. A great dealership. I shopped around and none of the others would handle the work of ordering my truck exactly as I wanted it. Kris Gerald took the time to explain all the options and work with me to get everything set up. The delivery service was also terrific. My Aunt Mildred and I had a wonderful experience at Ciocca Ford in Quakertown. Radiel was a blessing. He knew our circumstances and worked really hard to get us what we needed.
