Joe Castrovillari is a gentleman. i think all other sales team stinks. we offered the price they listed for their car: took the deposit and refused to sell the car on the next day only because they found somebody offered more money I believe. no ethics in doing business. Toyota even though makes good cars the dealership is destroying their name day by day.

By far the absolute best customer service Ive ever had buying a vehicle. Jim the sales associate was very knowledgeable, non-aggressive in his sales approach, and spot on his delivery date. Joe the sales manager, was knowledgeable as well and very down to earth in his approach. From the service department, who kindly fit us in to put a cover on the bed of my new truck so we can go on our planned weekend trip, to Tara who patiently answered all our financial questions, we felt treated like VIP customers. We will definitely be back to service our vehicles and return as future buyers.

Joseph Harris made the sales process easy and stress free. They were able to find the Tacoma I was looking for. They got me the payment I felt was fare with no money down on my 2cnd lease. (There was equity on the trade of course). But point is its the first time a dealer has not come back with a higher number or money down or some form of negotiating to better their position on the deal. It was my number the first time. Thank you folks very much. Oh and I was in and out in maybe 45 mins or less. All parties were prepared and prompt getting things done. Thanks again Joe.

These guys are truly amazing. I started my search for a Land Cruiser Heritage Edition and Krause Toyota had exactly what I was looking for. Cliff and the team not only coordinated everything for me, they did exactly what they said they would do. I flew from Texas to pick up my vehicle, they picked me up from the Philadelphia airport, and drove me through traffic and rain all the way back to Allentown to get my new car. The paperwork was waiting on me when I got there, signed, sealed and delivered. Wow. Great job guys!!

Took my Tacoma truck in for it's 20,000 mile Complimentary Service. And a Recall for a sensor. All work done in a timely manner. Very Friendly and Professional Staff. No Charge for Service Today. The Grounds and the Facility are in great shape and well maintained. Also spoke to the Sales Staff. Very Nice Easy Going. Great waiting Lounge with coffee and TV. Also Snack and Drink Machine. That costs money.
Men's Restroom is clean and up to date. Great Selection of Cars and Trucks. New and Used. Great Location. Just off major Highway. It was easy to make the appointment. No auto call.
