Use of the hands or a tool to apply a gentle, specific adjustment to the area that needs to be treated as determined by the doctor. The "popping" or cavitation that is usually associated with an adjustment is the audible release of gas caused by the release of oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide, which releases joint pressure.

If you come in with an injury Dr. Benjamin will work with you to overcome that injury and once that is done he will start a maintenance care plan to continue the success you have already had.This way we ensure the injury does not return. If you do not come in with an injury Dr. Benjamin will start you on a wellness care plan that will be custom designed to help optimize the function of your body and prevent injury.

Appointment reservations can be made up till 15 minutes before the appointment time. If you call we may be able to fit you in so if you are unable to schedule online give the office a call and we will work with you to get you in as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your appointment you can call us at any time to cancel even if the appointment time has passed.
