I had an issue with my home owners insurance and reached out to them to correct the issues and they did not help me at all. When I purchased the insurance from them someone keyed in the mileage from my home to the fire station wrong and my district also received a better ISO Rating. When calling them numerous times about the issue they always stated that they would call me back but I always had to call them back. After attempting one more call to them I was informed by one of the agents that there was nothing more that he could do for me. After hearing this from him I called the insurance carrier

I am happy to write a positive review for Mike. He has been so helpful to my husband and myself when we needed him. We feel lucky to have Mike on our side.
