Normally I do not write reviews, but this is probably the worst experience Ive had in a dermatologist office. The staff made me feel so uncomfortable and they were not helpful as far as getting the correct products. I could not trust their judgement for products because of the way they treated me. Truly a terrible experience.

This is a great office! Absolutely everyone is nice, helpful, and professional! They always make me feel at ease and answer all my questions. This is a real dermatology office, no “spa” overtone at all. I highly recommend them!

Worst display of human kindness from the staff. Was told to go find another practice to work with since I complained about not receiving returned phone calls from the office that had to do with a prescription not being filled by their company. The office manager blamed me the patient for not getting the Dupixent that was to be ordered through my doctor. I have waited over two months to receive the necessary prescription and was hung up on by the manager. The pharmacy involved was also ignored by this practice and told me that they have never seen such a mishandled situation by any other practice
