Everyone was was very nice. The Dr. Guenthner was cordial, efficient and kind. The nurses were also very pleasant. My wait time wasnt very long and I was in and out in no time.

Recently I had a issue with billing so I went in and spoke with the OM Jill. She handled herself extremely well and spoke to me with kindness and a willingness to spend the time to get to the root of the issue. When she couldnt reach a resolution at her level she pushed it up to the regional manager which promptly called me that evening and came up with a solution that not only met my expectations but exceeded them. Many times offices lose patients not over the doctor but over the billing and how its handled. In this circumstance that could have easily been the result if not for the care
