Cheshire Fitness Zone (CFZ) offers a multitude of therapeutic programs that uniquely meet you and your family's needs. CFZ was designed specifically for children and adolescents of all ages and abilities. We feature three main therapy areas to include physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT) and speech therapy (ST).

Movement is a critical component to enhancing a child's development and learning. Our goal is to improve a child's mobility through a variety of interventional strategies including but not limited to. Occupational therapists help children acquire or reacquire the skills needed to perform the activities - or "occupations" - of daily life.

Our Facilities

Our Cheshire facility is our main location and is comprised of two levels of therapeutic space. The lower level features the physical therapy gym with rock climbing wall, numerous pieces of pediatric and adolescent cardio equipment, and a large open space for therapeutic activities. This level also has two private treatment rooms.

If you are looking for physical therapy for your child, then you've come to the right place. Our physical therapists treat children and adolescents of all ages and abilities. We are skilled at treating children with both acute and chronic injuries and disabilities, such as sports injuries, orthopedic impairments, autism, cerebral palsy, JRA, and developmental delays.
