I visited Dr. Sanford for the third time today, and my experience was excellentjust like the first two times. The office is very efficient, the staff is friendly and helpful, and Dr. Sanford is wonderful. I drive from Carmel, and it is well worth it. Thank you, Hancock Dermatology!

I give two stars because they wasted my time. Her website says taking new patients. Having a spot on my chest I'm concerned about I called. Was told January. If worse case I'd be dead by then. Just take the verbiage about taking new patients off your website and don't waste peoples time.

If I had realized and been told that Hancock Dermatology is considered "specialty" then I would have found a different place to go since they billed something different to our insurance and we ended up having to pay way more than we thought we would. The front office staff was really nice, but the physician's assistant I saw was not that friendly. I was more comfortable giving birth than I was with that assistant. She didn't make me feel comfortable or seem to care to and just seemed as if she wanted to be done with the appointment. I tried making small talk and being friendly, but she didn't

Plenty of Dermatologists closer to me, but I drive from Indianapolis to Greenfield just to be a patient at Dr. Sanford's (Hancock Dermatology) office at the recommendation of friends and Co-workers. I have definitely NOT regretted my decision. The staff and facility are fantastic and Dr. Sanford is top notch!

I am thrilled with my Botox. Dr Taylor Spera is just amazing with her medical skills along with her personality. I went to the office to have an area of concern to be looked at. While there I ask her about my face and how to help stop the aging process. She gave me some recommendations. Nothing pushy just the straight facts and suggestions. With the coupon special they have until Dec 31st I saved $80 since it was my first time ( but wont be my last) receiving Botox injections at the office. I highly recommend Hancock Dermatology.

Dr Lori Sanford is very professional and passionate and caring with her patients. She made me feel very comfortable with treatment I had in her office. Her confidence made me feel much more at ease. I highly recommend seeing her for anything related to skin care and cosmetic procedures!
