As simple as that may sound, it can be difficult to find a physician who will be there to assist you every step of the way. It is much easier to be proactive when you are educated about your health, which is why we are here to provide you with tools and resources to achieve your goals. While the medical side of dermatology focuses on treating skin diseases, our cosmetic dermatology practice exists to make you comfortable in your own skin.
The skin is the largest organ in the body, so you can imagine that there are a vast amount of conditions and issues facing our patients.

Botox/Dysport
Report
Botox/Dysport/Xeomin are names for a type of botulinum toxin. The word "toxin" sounds scary, but the amount we use is so small that we can use it safely. This "toxin" stops our nerves from telling our muscles to contract, reducing the lines of facial expression. As our muscles contract, our skin begins to form wrinkles that deepen after years of repeated use (think of the area between your eyebrows).
Fillers
Report
Fillers are what we use to restore volume. Fillers come in many varieties, with the most common being hyaluronic acid. This is a naturally occurring substance in our body that provides the fullness/padding under our skin. Fillers are most commonly used in the temples, cheeks, under the eyes, in and around the lips and in the hands.
