Deep Tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and connective tissue. Swedish massage is a full body massage designed to bring balance and relaxation to the body. My passion lies in facilitating healing and balance, while teaching my clients how to claim their power in regards to their health and functionality.
I always urge my clients to go deeper, to avoid taking a symptom at face value. The symptom has a cause, a deeper root issue, that needs to be addressed.
