My husband and I are both extremely picky about Indian food (me having traveled across India and him having lived with several Indian roommates over the years). This restaurant blends the best of nuanced, delicate Indian flavors with top notch attention to detail (spice levels actually match to what you ask for, mild is 0 heat, I enjoy heat & found medium was less intense than I expected). Is it the cheapest in the world? No, but you absolutely get the quality you pay for. Can't wait to come back and dine in - the ambiance was beautiful when picking up our (freshly made, delicious) take

I've been a connoisseur of Indian food for over 40 years, including spells in India eating the genuine article. I've had some wonderful Indian meals and some terrible ones. This was closer to terrible than wonderful and it was a huge disappointment given the ridiculous prices they charge. If I was answering a value for money question rather than an overall food quality question, this was the worst Indian food I've had by far. $23 for an entree, $9 for two almost inedible samosas who I had suffered from a few microwave re-heatings too many. $6 for a plain nan - are you f**king kidding

We were on our way to the Airport after a long vacation in Colorado and we were craving for some quality Indian food. The reservation was very smooth and we got the table in no time! We ordered Saag Paneer, Garlic Naan, Mango Lassi and Cheese naan. Main course comes with a bowl of rice.
We really loved their food! Naans and Lassi were freshly prepared. Rice was also sauted in ghee! I tried Saag Paneer in many restaurants in New York and I have noticed that at other places they make a puree after blanching spinach leaves (with methi/fenugreek leaves). We really like this version.

This was a late night, post flight, first thought in your head decision.
This was late Friday, with a respectable "not too close to closing" visit.
First off, the place is immaculate. Clean. Polished. Walked down the steps and walked in and was immediately greeted and sat.
The worst thing: they were out of samosas! It sounded amazing, but I survived.
We skipped on appetizers and went straight to the main course - I did a #3 heat chicken tikka masala and she did a mild chicken curry.
It's not giant portions - put it felt like the perfect amount for a meal (for me - she couldn

Flummoxed by all the positive reviews. We had 6:30 reservations and were given a very lackluster greeting by the hostess, runner, bartender, busser/vaccumer, server before being seated in a booth where we waited 5 minutes to give our drinks order and some apps. The aforementioned employee was the first warning sign that they are woefully understaffed. We ordered papadom and chicken pakora for our starter and the place was surprisingly packed with locals all dining happily, so we patiently endured a 25 minute wait to get our apps and then we were able to place our order for saag paneer and butter

I hate docking this spot a couple of stars, especially since I loved it initially. Right before COVID hit, I noticed the portions were getting smaller and the prices were going up. The rice doesn't taste as high quality as it used to. There's less meat in dishes like the vindaloo or butter chicken. They also got rid of lunch, which was one of my favorite things about this restaurant.
I still love the staff, and can completely understand where some of these choices are coming from. The pandemic has been brutal on small businesses, and I imagine overhead in Cherry Creek is super high.

Not bad for a random dinner/just find anywhere kinda night. I somehow have never had Indian before and for a first time it was amazing! The staff was amazing, the food was to die for and I will be coming back as soon as I can!
The restaurant was clean as could be, the location was in a quiet part of Cherry creek and just overall a fantastic evening and such a great find!

It's all about that garlic naan! I have never had naan so warm, fresh, and buttery! I took it home, and it still melted in my mouth upon first bite. The garlic was not overpowering and the little green specks on it did nothing for me.
The chana masala was--good. Okayyish? The flavor was good, it was as spicy as I wanted it and contained that classic indian masala that I crave. It wasn't missing any acid or salt. Just the chick peas were hard and undercooked. They kinda snapped in my mouth. I would have preferred a softer pea for a more uniform mouth feel, but meh.
I would give them

Mehak was our first stop on our recent trip to Denver, and we weren't disappointed. As an appetizer, we ordered the chicken chili. It was so tasty - juicy chicken with a good amount of spice! Bell peppers were also included in there.
For our entree we ordered the lamp pasanda, which neither of us had tried before. It is described as "cashew nut / coconut / almond / korma masala." It was like a slightly sweater korma, and I really enjoyed it. There was a good amount of lamb included as well. Their entrees come with basmati rice.
My boyfriend had a coupon for a free onion bhaji appetizer

Very delicious indian take out that we enjoyed this weekend. Buttered chicken, lamb vindaloo were really tasty but Bharta Makhani was a true stand out vegetarian option. So freaking delicious.
Garlic naan was on point and samosas were super tasty and we'll seasoned.
So far this is the stand out indian restaurant I've found in denver. We'll keep looking for more - but definitely be back to them!!!

Take our review only via Uber eats - Mehawk was super fast with the order and everything was fresh and hot. Probably 4.5 stars.
Yummo! This place is delicious!! I've heard some good things, and I finally was able to try it. Garlic naan - on point. Fluffy and fresh and ultra garlicky. Veggie samosas are huge and dense. Crisped well and a little chewed. My main dish was the mattar paneer - peas and paneer in a masala sauce. It was an extra coat for rice, which seems a bit excessive and unnecessary. The flavor was delicious. Creamy, flavorful, a mild kick, lots of smooth paneer and peas.
