The staff is great the way to the security guard. The doctor's have great bed side matters. I had back surgery and was very scared but doctors made me feel better. Thank you pinnacle!

This place is very dirty. The workers are very rude and very unprofessional. They tell you they would like you to come to your appointments early and then you wait over a hour to be seen. Then while you waiting in the room you can hear the staff at the desk swear and saying how bored they are and talk about other people health issues. Very unprofessional !!

Ive never heard a secretary speak so rude for no apparent reason. First, system was down for a week so I couldnt get an appointment. Then she returns my call and says, No, thats not an insurance company, so we cant help you. Without asking any information. Then she says what instead of excuse me. The other secretary asked is that how you talk to them? She replied shes black so she can only understand that way !!! HORRIBLE

Dr Tetro is simply the best upper extremity specialist in WNY and his staff are all top notch! They accept most types of insurance including Workers Comp, and Dr Tetro will fight the insurance companies to get you the care you need. The PT/OT department is best for the best, very skilled, friendly and knowledgeable. Myself and my fiance have seen Dr Tetro and his associates (spine and lower extremity specialists) more than once, and have always been given the best treatment. My only "complaint" is that Google

If you are not a surgery candidate you are not worth their time. Basically told my 18 yr old to learn to live with the pain. Also, ridiculous covid rules not allowing a parent back with a nervous newly turned 18 yr old. We will be finding a new doctor.

The nurses, doctors and the therapy staff are AMAZING! I've been going here a lil over 2yrs and they have become like a second family! Its laughs and giggles while I'm in therapy! I love their unity on holidays and special occasions! They are truly a great team! I highly recommend them...
