We had our wonderful kayak/snorkel combo yesterday... 4 hours of a good workout and absolute commune with Mother Nature. We were fortunate enough to have MANY whale sightings... flying whales, whale song, flipper splashes, some quite close (we did not paddle up on them). Our guide, John (from West Virginia) was an absolute enthusiast. One can easily tell he loves what he does... it shows. He shares his aloha with ease. I'm grateful for the incredible memory built yesterday during our 4 hour tour... as well as a few aches in muscles that need more work in this senior body. Mahalo from

My fiancee and I booked a kayaking and snorkeling trip last week while staying at a nearby hotel. We could not have been happier with our experience! Our guide, John, was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about us having the best time possible. We snorkeled just as much as we kayaked (if not more) and saw dozens of different types of fish and 2 large sea turtles. I wouldn't change anything about our trip. I will definitely book another trip with him and South Pacific Kayaks if we're able to make it to Maui again in the future. I highly recommend them. Thanks again

Jack "from State Farm" was an amazing tour guide in all honesty I would request him for your kayaking! So helpful with recommendations for our stay and genuinely wanted us to have a great time. Was willing to help if you've never snorkeled and save you if you tipped over! So much fun worth the time and don't forget to support the locals!
