What are your standard labor rates?
Standard labor rates start at $195/hour (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Mon-Fri), with overtime billed at $292.50/hour after regular hours and on Saturdays.
Do you warranty replacement parts?
All parts carry the original manufacturer's warranty. Returned parts (excluding electrical/special-order items) receive 85% credit with 15% restocking fee.
Can you service multiple vessels on a single trip?
Yes, we coordinate multi-vessel service trips and allocate travel expenses fairly among all parties involved in Charleston area visits.

With out question Tony, Judy & crew are a 5 star operation ! From start to finish. They diagnosed the problem I called about and caught a more serious problem that would have left us stranded.
