Recently reached out to Tri County Mobile Marine to have a outboard motor serviced since it was not starting. Tyler was quick to call me back after reaching out to them via their online contact form. Unfortunately he was not able to service the motor as he no longer works on those makes anymore. However I was impressed with his level of professionalism and taking the time to call back. Tyler did advise of another mechanic that specialized in these outboard motors and that was relatively close to the boats location. It was very much appreciated the advice and I would most certainly reach back out

Honest, based on my brief experience. I called Tyler and described a problem my outboard was having. He listened to my issue and told me it sounded like it might be an easy fix that I could do myself. He gave me a couple steps to try and said if they didn't work to call him back for an appointment. Said something a long the lines of "I don't want to come over there and take your money if it's not necessary".
Well, his instructions worked, and my boat is back on the water. I will not hesitate to call for future repairs.
