Please double check your booking date and time and arrive 20 minutes prior to your booking. We do have to keep a strict schedule, so your 60 minutes does begin at your reservation time, whether you are in the room or not. If your group does not occupy the full capacity of the room, we will not allow you to enter the room if you are more than 5 minutes later than your booking start time.
