My family had an AMAZING experience at Epic escape room. We definitely had to put our minds together to complete this. It was so worth it and wed definitely do it again. Definitely!!!

2 weeks ago we went and did the Killer Feature room, although we did not escape, we had an amazing time! When the rain cancelled our outdoor haunted house plans this past Saturday, we decided to go back and did the Vanished room. This time we did escape! We had a great time, puzzles were great and staff is amazing! We will be back and this time remember our discount code!

I did a room Tuesday night with some friends and had a blast. The staff working were incredibly nice and helpful throughout our game. You could tell they love their job. Next time I'm in Long Island, I'll be sure to stop by again

My group and I booked the killer feature and I have to say it was one of the best rooms Ive been to. The blindfold and handcuffs were a plus! To top it off, Aidan did an amazing job at scaring us here and there and was really thrilling overall! Thank you Aidan and team! We had lots of fun.

This has been the most immersive escape room I've ever done. I did the mafia themed one (which is all about family) and our game host, Sky Daddy, really treated us like his own. He helped us with our homework and gave us words of encouragement the entire time. He taught me how to ride a bike. He patched me up when I fell off said bike and scraped my knee (he even got the Barney band aids that I liked). He even tucked us in and read us all bedtime stories. I've never been more well rested. If you need a place with great customer service and who really care about you, this is the place to go.

LI Escape Rooms is very easy to work with. They are great for large groups, we did it as a work team building event. The building could use a clearer sign because it is a little hidden, however not a huge issue. Would do an escape room there again!
