I have spoke to at least 3 of your customer service reps and out of the 3 only 1 actually tried to help me the other 2 act like I was bothering them and the hate there job. Wrong field to be in sweetie. I thank god for the second young lady I spoke with. They received my application on the 28 of August. Letters was dated for the 30th. Didnt get it in the mail until September 4. Letter said I had until 30th to pay premium. Paid on the 7th. Still no coverage. Got an approval phone call TODAY saying again I needed to pay premium but still no coverage. Make it make sense please

Extortionists
We pay a month in advance and they wait till the 12 to send us a letter to let us know we have to pay an additional 13$(was not notified of this increase) or else they will cancel my kids only insurance, I didn't get the letter till the 19th. No room for any leniency, tried calling got stuck the worst automated bureaucratic labyrinth till there office closed then they just hung up on me. Fix your system you greedy capitalist thieves. They are worse than the VA

I was not notified until end of March that my daughters coverage was pending for April. In fact I called to pay for April and it said I had $0.00 balance. I spoke to someone and they said its because her plan changed due to her turning 5 and they needed proof that she didnt have insurance. This was March 25th. They said I need to send it in. I did but wondered if she would be covered for April and they said yes if I get the proof in quick enough. After 7 days I then call and they say she isnt covered because they need proof of income for me. So I asked to speak to a supervisor because

These people are not for the poor. If you earn over 34k you're done for. $240/month for insurance for your child, mine has special needs and need her services!! Its sad that she will have to forego her services because I cannot afford to pay the premium. Shame on you FHK. Only for the rich. Poor kids will always suffer. No Stars!!!

Horrible. I went with my 6 years old to the er. They said she wasn't eligible. I called the Florida kidcare. And they said she's eligible. I went to the er, called them on the phone with the speaker on and they said no she wasn't eligible . I went home and called them again, they said yes she's eligible. They played on me. And now I had to pay out from the packet.
NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
HORRIBLE, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!
