Un-like most kennels, we don't believe in charging our customers extra for outdoor playtime or walks. Both are always 100% FREE here at Wye River Kennel. Wye River Kennel is 20.6 wildlife enriched acres situated at the beautiful headwater of the Wye River.
Shaded by large trees in a park-like wooded setting, Wye River Kennel has 25 chain outdoor exercise pens, totaling over 20,000 square feet of room for our guests to exercise and play. All dogs are rotated in and out continuously, throughout the day, while receiving one-on-one attention. Our facility consists of (3) buildings.

Due to the playfull and un-trained nature of most puppies, we require that all puppies (18 months and younger) receive a bath prior to departure.

You have (2) options when it comes to the food we give your pet, during its vacation at Wye River Kennel. OPTION 2: Owner supplied food. If your pet is accustomed to a specific type or style of food, we welcome you to bring it. Should you choose this option we suggest proportioning out your pets food in individual bags, for morning and night feedings.
