This place is 200% terrible. I was treated horribly and the customer service was absolutely non-existent. They were not only rude, would never return a phone call and when I complained to the Attorney who oversees this place, he didnt even have the decency to respond. Instead they just refused me service after I complained. Save yourself a horrible experience and go to any other title company. I went Texas National Title.

I would strongly suggest that you use First Title Company.
O chose 1 star rating because there was not a choice to pick ZERO star. I have closed on a home in Corpus Christi TX on 10:30 AM on a Friday and it is 1:36 PM on Monday and First Title Company is still not able to tell me that the bank has released the $ .... There may better title agents at First Title Company, but the one that we are using has been very slow to respond and there were like 3-4 revisions that delayed the closing a total of 1-4 days. All of these revisions could of been easily caught if the paperwork was reviewed with
