Horrible customer service at the host area. As a fellow restaurant owner I understand the business and the two ladies were beyond unprofessional. They would rather have the restaurant more than half empty then accommodate a simple sitting request.

The service was poor and the server was not a bit friendly. If you like Bacon this is not the place for you. I ordered three everything Bagels with Bacon egg and cheese to go. When we went to eat them there was only one slice of bacon on each sandwich. The bagels were huge with a generous amount of egg and cheese and only one slice of bacon. Because there was so much of everything else you couldn't taste thebacon. Who does not like plenty of bacon on anything?? I can't believehow cheap they are for the prices they charge Very disappointedwill not return.

I don't have any photos of this visit because I had company from out of town, and I was more interested in spending time with one of my best friends from my high school era
We arrived approximately 15 minutes after they opened, and the place had a few people in it; people were steadily coming in throughout our entire time there to a point where it was packed when we left, that was about an hour later. If you go here, bring a bell, whistle, or fog horn. I was at the counter, muffin in hand, ready to order half a dozen bagels. I was waiting for a full five minutes and not one of the 5+ staff working offered to take my order. They didnt even make eye contact. I mustve been invisible. So, I left, never to return. It was laughable. I went to Brooklyn Water Bagel instead, where I received prompt, friendly, and courteous service.
