When entering hospital, very nice set up with security check in and giving masks. But, once inside visitors/patients not made to wear masks (majority of visitors did not have on). As a hospital, this is upsetting during this time! The registration staff and employees interacting with all of they maskless visitors/patients never once asked them to put on mask. OP Services waiting area did not make visitors wear masks or distance either! Once we get the outpatient services we checked in and my family member was taken back to get ready for surgery. I said for 2 hours waiting to hear something. When

I have never been so disappointed!! They made my pregnant wife who was experiencing severe pain wait 6 hours to be seen then another 3 until we were even told what was going on. Their nurses didnt know their a** from their elbow. We got asked the same questions over and over since no one communicated with each other. Worst experience!

ER takes wayyy too long. We've been here 4.5 hours now, and someone else had been here 10. I heard Moultrie is a lot faster, so probably will go there next time

Horrible horrible horrible...... Sat there for 10 hours for absolutely nothing ...... Er check in lady acts like she has no clue what's going on.... horrible too .... To then I ask for the charge nurse well lets just say he has no clue what's going on .... NO URGENCY AT ALL ... I HAD 2 BRAIN SURGERIES AND WENT IN FOR HEAD TRAMA ..... never bothered to check it till I got up and raised cane about it ..... If your wanting to see a doc DO NOT COME HERE ..... They are horrible rating is ---0000

Took 4 hours for my fianc to be put in a room who was having chest pains and left arm pain. Then took even more hours to even do lab work and get results back. Not coming back here
