Kincy Abstract and Sabine Title Company has a long history of serving the greater Hunt County community. The company was founded in 1896 as an abstract business. As the industry changed and title insurance was offered to the public, Kincy Abstract began issuing Title Insurance as well. In the 1950s, a group of local business people established the Sabine Title Company.

Out of 8 years in real estate ~ worst title company I have ever tried to work with. Found out the day before closing they never received earnest money after multiple attempts to get the receipted copy. Buyers agent who recommended this title company got paid but our brokerage as the listing broker still has not received funding from over a week ago. No response to emails. Just sincerely a no for me on this title company from this transaction on!

Be sure to read all of these reviews! Unless you are dealing with a high value property do not call these people! They will not call you back as you can see from the other reviews. I have tried to contact them for over six weeks and they will not call me back because I don’t have an expensive property. I have called them eight times and have never received a callback. I have involved the seller and their lending institution still to no avail. We are having to go pick up our paperwork and take it to Ranger title in Rockwall. They do a fantastic job with there clients unfortunately they do not follow up and make sure the realtor that brought them the client is paid in due course. This is the second closing that I have conducted with them and in both cases they were great with the client that "I" brought them, but still took me weeks to get my check.

Our experience has been horrible here, we bought a relatively inexpensive piece of property and they have been dragging their feet, unwilling, or unable to get the deed and policy filed and completed, which has caused a huge delay in us building on the land- I have had to drive in to their office to attempt to get information because they do not return messages.. Will never use again and do not recommend!

I have been patiently waiting for progress in an attempt to secure a title insurance from this entity on a low valued property lot. They have dragged their feet over 6 months on a property that is worth less than a couple thousand dollars. I understand they make a higher revenue off of expensive sells but that does not give justification to drag their feet on a property that is essential to me. I do not know what they're doing over there in Kincy Abstract and Sabine Title but if you want to WASTE your time and money, this is the title company to contract.
