By far, the WORST title company I've ever dealt with. They messed up our closing, and didn't inform us until the day of. They now owe us money, and won't respond to any calls or emails. DO NOT USE THIS TITLE COMPANY.

Out of 8 years in real estate ~ worst title company I have ever tried to work with. Found out the day before closing they never received earnest money after multiple attempts to get the receipted copy. Buyers agent who recommended this title company got paid but our brokerage as the listing broker still has not received funding from over a week ago. No response to emails. Just sincerely a no for me on this title company from this transaction on!

Dont risk it!!! Be sure to read all of these reviews! Unless you are dealing with a high value property do not call these people! They will not call you back as you can see from the other reviews. I have tried to contact them for over six weeks and they will not call me back because I dont have an expensive property. I have called them eight times and have never received a callback. I have involved the seller and their lending institution still to no avail. We are having to go pick up our paperwork and take it to Ranger title in Rockwall. I have dealt with them on many occasions and I know
