I visited Santa Barbara a few times from out of state and decided to look for a house to buy. I was lucky enough to hear about Kevin from another client who found Kevin to be great. Even though I was looking for one of the least expensive houses in town, Kevin treated me like royalty. He contacted me when appropriate houses came up and drafted offers.
There were several competing offers for the house I ended up with. The buyers chose my offer because it "felt" best- thanks to how Kevin drafted it. I ended up selling that house and Kevin got me a full price offer immediately. Kevin is both personable and professional - and he gets the job done.
