We bought our house in Santa Barbara last year (2021), and probably it wouldn't happen at all without Kevin's help. Kevin guided us literally through every step, from mortgage approval to the price negotiations. Also he is very knowledgeable about the local areas and we appreciated his recommendations and honesty about that. Kevin helped my wife and me find our new home under very difficult circumstances. A new owner bought the apartment that had been my home for 31 years and evicted us. They were unwilling to let us pay for even one extra day in our home so we were under a lot of stress. All this during COVID.
