I use Universal Med Supply where I work and always have great results. Their staff communicate well with me, insuring that all documentation is submitted and patients will have their equipment in time for discharge. The area manager for San Antonio, Terri, is awesome in communicating the deliveries and assisting me with any equipment issues that arise. On 9-15-2021 MR. GUSTAVO DOMINGUEZ. From universal med supply in the order fulfillment department. delivered my beautiful black wheelchair to me. He was very kind, patient and understanding. He explained everything to me. Answer any questions I had. he made sure I was happy and comfortable before he lefted. This company is very lucky to have someone like Mr. Dominguez working for them ..he is truly a wonderful person.. and he cares about people thank you

One of the most fantastic experiences I've ever had from the very beginning of ordering the wheelchair to the very end extremely professional extremely knowledgeable and you couldn't get people working with the public that horse such a kick in the pants and had the ball rolling to get you your new wheelchair thank you so much
