I went in there with my dad and worked with Tony and Brenda. Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Went to BMW for a diagnostic test with a running car. Brought the car home and it never started again. I replaced the battery with a new one since they told me it was old... battery is the same make of the one that came out and it still didn't start. I even bought a new starter from BMW 2yrs ago and it was working perfectly when I brought car in. So it cant be the starter. I can't even get the car into neutral where someone can tow it there. BMW, I brought you a working car and you returned to me a nonrunning car. You need to return my car to running condition!!! I have been calling you guys for
