They are so accommodating, and take such good care of your car. I feel 100% safe using their services. The car arrived exactly as planned, drop off and pick up are quick, efficient, and the whole process is efficient.
I highly recommend. Mindy and Jake at PAL were awesome! My car got picked up right on time in Maine and arrived at my door in California 6 days later. The driver, Ile, was very communicative in coordinating the drop off, calling 24 hours before and then checking in multiple times that day to update me on his timing.
