Critical:Responsiveness
The website promises a 3 day turn around from print to ship. It's been 7 days and there's no movement on my orders. It's been stuck on processing since I placed the order. I emailed them on the 4th day and no one responded.

BrandINcolor was so so helpful while I was designing my boxes. Their customer service was absurd, they responded immediately to every email I sent, they caught mistakes and inconsistencies I did not realize I had made and they even offered to personally drop the boxes off at my house after my mistakes was going to push the delivery date by one day. This group went above and beyond in every way possible and I could not recommend them more!!!

I would have given a 5 however....... The boxes stink to high heaven.
Hoping the smell goes always.
BUT......... we love the boxes!!!!! We had them made as welcome & thank you for coming to our wedding boxes! We love the way they turned out!!!

Incredible customer service, I never expected such quick replys to my emails (and on a weekend) plus very easy to use design section. Great prices for custom printed boxes, Ive ordered custom boxes from other companies but after this experience I think I found my box place! Thanks again Heidi for all of your help!
