The Anchorage Yacht Club was the first of its kind in New York; it went from a privately owned marina to an 'Aquaminium'. There are 460 deeded boat slips which are individually owned. There are many advantages in owning your own slip, the most notable being that you're not paying rent that you will never see again.
You get to use your slip during the season and then lay-up on land or stay in water off season without paying the dock or storage charges you pay at other marinas. We are filling up fast for the 2019 season, but you can still reserve a prime location in our beautiful Yacht Club to dock your 'Pride and Joy.' When you rent or purchase a slip at the AYC for the in-water season you also are entitled to on-land winter boat storage space for your vessel at no extra charge.
