Dr. Patrick Moore is a native of Ogallala, Nebraska, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree at Kearney State College in 1991. He pursued his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree in Chicago, IL graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1996, from William M Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his surgical residency in 1998, at Kern Hospital in Warren, Michigan.
