I am highly disappointed with the Grand Island Surgical Center. My daughter had a 5:30AM appointment there this morning to replace the tubes that only lasted 5 months. They had us waiting so long that my almost 2 year old daughter was screaming and trying to squirm out of my arms. In the matter of a split second she reached into the diaper bag l, pulled out her sippy cup I was storing for after the surgery and took a sip before I could get it from her. I am not upset that they canceled the surgery due to safety reasons; I am upset that they had us waiting for an hour with no notice on how much
