Founded by Kara Anderson in North Brookfield, our studio has grown from a single location to two vibrant facilities serving students across the region. Ballet
Our ballet program develops proper technique through structured training in barre work, center combinations, and across-the-floor progressions. Students learn classical terminology, posture, and graceful movement while building foundational skills applicable to all dance styles. Classes emphasize musicality, precision, and artistic expression for ages 4 through teens.
Acro
Acro classes combine dance with acrobatic elements in a safe, progressive environment. Students develop flexibility, strength, and coordination while mastering skills like cartwheels, handsprings, and aerials. Our certified instructors focus on proper technique and injury prevention for ages 3 through teens.
Creative Movement
Designed for 2.5-4 year olds, this introductory class develops motor skills through imaginative play and basic dance concepts. Children explore rhythm, coordination, and spatial awareness while learning ballet, tap, and jazz fundamentals in a fun, engaging environment.
Hip Hop
Our hip hop classes teach current street dance styles in an energetic atmosphere. Students learn choreography emphasizing rhythm, isolations, and freestyle movement while developing performance skills and personal expression for ages 4 through teens.
Competition Team
Selected students participate in regional competitions with choreography across multiple genres. Our award-winning program focuses on technical excellence, stage presence, and teamwork while maintaining a supportive, family-oriented environment for dedicated dancers.

Founder with 31 years teaching experience, graduate of Dean College with Associates Degree in Dance, certified PBT instructor, and former competition dancer who trained at Debbie Sichol's Dance Center since age 3.
Miranda Desplaines
Choreographer
Teaches at both locations with 15+ years experience, Tremaine Dance Scholarship winner, adjudicates national competitions, and has choreographed for cheer teams while raising three children.
Samantha Puelo
Instructor
Sturbridge native with Associate Degree in Entertainment Management from Bay State College, 10 years judging experience, and former Nichols College Dance Team coach with three children.
Lynda Cadarette
Master Teacher
Certified in Acrobatic Arts and Dance Masters of America, former professional performer in Broadway productions, and licensed massage therapist specializing in dancer wellness with national teaching experience.
Candilize Santa
Faculty Member
Recent Shepherd Hill graduate and Worcester State University student who joined faculty after 5 years competing with award-winning routines and performing at Disney World with KADS competition team.

What age groups do you accept?
We accept students aged 2.5 through teens. Class placement depends on age and experience level.
What dance styles do you offer?
We offer ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, acro, and combo classes for various age groups.
Are there performance opportunities?
Yes! We host annual recitals and offer competition team opportunities for advanced students.
Do you have sibling discounts?
Yes! We offer 10% discount for second child, 15% for third, and 20% for fourth child in family.
What are your class sizes?
We maintain a 11:1 student-teacher ratio with maximum 15 students per class for optimal instruction.
