Ballet
Our ballet program develops foundational technique through structured training in Cecchetti and Vaganova methods. Students learn proper posture, barre exercises, and center work while building strength and grace. Classes prepare dancers for both recreational enjoyment and advanced pointe work, with performance opportunities in annual recitals and competitions.
Irish Step Dance
This traditional Irish dance form focuses on precise footwork and rhythmic patterns performed to Celtic music. Our program includes soft shoe and hard shoe techniques, with competitive teams participating in regional and national feiseanna. Students learn historical context while developing coordination and stage presence through group and solo performances.
Dance Team
Our award-winning competitive teams train in Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, and Hip-Hop for regional and national competitions. The program requires 4-7 hours weekly of technical training, choreography, and team-building exercises. Participants receive costume coordination, private lesson options, and performance coaching to develop both individual skills and group synchronization.
Acrobatics
Acro classes combine dance with gymnastic elements like cartwheels, walkovers, and aerials. Our certified instructors teach proper alignment and safety techniques while building flexibility and strength. Adult Classes

Jessica Bourque
Owner and Lead Instructor
Jessica Bourque founded Jazziak's Dance School after earning a degree in Dance School Management from UMass Amherst. With 14 years of training in jazz, tap, and ballet, she brings competition experience from national events and choreography awards to her leadership role.
Andrew Howarth
Dance Instructor
Andrew Howarth specializes in Ballet, Jazz, and Irish Step Dance instruction. A former Teen Mr. Dancers Inc national titleholder, he brings competition expertise and performance experience from regional and national stages including the Nutcracker production in Franklin, MA.
Barbara Ostromecky
Dance Instructor
Barbara Ostromecky teaches Jazz and Contemporary with 20+ years of experience. A Boston Conservatory graduate, she has choreographed for theater companies and trained students who perform in Disney productions, Broadway shows, and professional cheerleading teams.
Colleen Burkhardt
Irish Program Director
Colleen Burkhardt leads the Irish Step Dance program with expertise developed through competitive training at Michael Smith Academy. She brings intergenerational experience mentoring students in traditional Irish dance forms and competition preparation.
Zhanat Baidaralin
Russian Ballet Master
Zhanat Baidaralin provides classical ballet instruction from State Ballet School of Kazakhstan training. His international experience includes choreographing Olympic ceremonies and directing Ballet Prestige school, bringing professional-level technique to our students.

My niece and nephew have attended Jazziack's for a long.time they're Sophia Germaine and Antony Germain. I can't say enough about the staff everyone is awesome so you get my vote 5 stars from me. Sincerely Phyllis Whitney
