The worst managed apartments! We have contacted the management company because we have been given 3 different leases with 3 different amounts. The office manager is no help and it seems to be run by unruly people who do not care about their tenants or their property.
We have 2 families that have been lied to repeatedly. We would like our rent placed at the original, agreed upon amount, we need a copy of the correct lease, we need the damaged fixed in the apartment and we want Dana’s name removed from the lease.

The WORST apartment to live in Pullman.Apartments are not well maintained and you can hear people walking and even snoring above your apartment floor. Property managers are not well organized and it takes forever to get information or change regarding the leasing contracts. When I had to sub lease my apartment at that time they had no clue on transferring the lease and it took them 6 months to figure out by that time my lease was already about to end. Worst of all they would not give me my deposit back I had to email and call them to get the deposit back.

For the most part, it's a great place to live. The location is perfect and the apartments are fairly large given the rental cost. The rooms are nice and everything seems adequately maintained. My main complaint is that given the proximity to Greek Row, there are often loud parties on the complex, even in the midst of a pandemic. Otherwise, no issues so far.

Worst apartments ever. They trick new time apartment renters into signing contracts with total strangers making you responsible for their failure to pay rent (and they’ll tell you it’s “common practice” when multiple apartments around the area DO NOT do that) you have to pay for parking that is basically unusable during the winter. They overcharge for basically everything. And they’re really rude, pompous and condescending if you come to them with any issues. Keep searching THIS ISN’T THE PLACE YOU WANT TO LIVE!!!!
