It was a bittersweet opportunity to see some people we know race at a historic track soon to be leveled to bring progress to a town in Maine. Sad to watch it happen and know just what this does to small track racing and the fans who support it. It was a good time with plenty of excitement and some great driving to go with it. Saw a Maine racing legend and multiple tracks were represented by drivers who understand what is about to be lost. This will close very soon so don't miss the opportunity to say goodbye to a piece of Maine racing history....

Lots of beautiful pieces of art by local artists: jewelry, fabric art, pottery, prints, wood, glass...loved it all. Very nice shopper keeper who was friendly and knowledgeable.

Wow! I saw this place on my way up to Rockland but didn't have time to stop. Luckily they were open the next day, a Sunday! I was overwhelmed by all the beautiful pottery, jewellery and other unique finds. I bought a treasure for myself and something for my 20 year old song that I had been wanting to get him and was amazed to find at Georgetown Pottery. This will be a must stop every time I go up to visit my friends now.

Great little shop with a ton of wonderful hand-thrown pottery. Most of it (all of it?) is dishwasher and microwave safe and they have beautiful glazes. If you want a set of both functional and beautiful plates or mugs I would recommend going here.

This is a nice shop with many beautiful pieces of pottery, jewelry, and other handmade in Maine items. This is a large store with several rooms full of beautiful items. There is also a lower level with more art. I saw many lovely items. Unfortunately, most of the items were out of my price range or I would have bought several things. It is still a great place to look around and see some beautiful things created by Maine artists.
