At Departed Soles, crafting a proper Gluten Free Beer begins with making sure all equipment is not only clean and sanitary, but free from beer stone, hop sediment, yeast particles, and protein residue, which may contain gluten. Our heart and 'sole' goes in to every recipe we put out, and you'll never find a GF beer with our name on it that we don't think would cut it with a gluten drinking customer.

Continually rated as one of the most diverse cities in America, our beer selection is carefully curated to reflect the wide variety of tastes in the neighborhood. When Chris and Brian were dreaming up a brewery, it wasn't about long lines, crowded bar tops, or extreme styles.
It was about creating a neighborhood hang that had something for everyone; a safe haven for all tastes, without tilting the proverbial seesaw in one direction or another with styles.We were never the cool kids, anyway. Our brewery packages up to three beers a week, with a balance of new, seasonal, rotational, and mainstay.
