Not a friendly store in the least! Service takes forever, and personnel are not friendly unless you want to look at the highest end of machines. No prices were posted on the machines, and because I paid cash for my machine and did not finance, I felt as though there could have been some bait & switch involved. I had to hound them months to give me a class, and when I struggled w embroidery, they were less than helpful because although the machine they sold me had been introduced some years prior to my purchase (even though it was a brand new machine), they told me that the technology was
